Mark is a lifelong Georgia resident who has practiced workers' compensation law since 1991. He has devoted his practice to the representation of injured workers and making sure that his clients get all the benefits to which they are entitled under the law. He is on the Board of Directors for the Workers' Compensation Claimant Lawyers Association. Mark graduated from LaGrange College in 1988 and attended law school at the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.

Carson is a partner in the law firm of Harriss & Hartman Law Firm, P.C. He is a 2007 graduate of the Mercer University School of Law in Macon, Georgia. Mr. Royal began his legal career at Harriss & Hartman in 2007 where he handled Bankruptcy, Probate, Wills, DUIs and other legal matters. He realized his true calling was to spend his legal career representing everyday people against giant insurance companies so he has devoted his practice to advocating for injured people, and their families, in the wake of accidents and tragedies. Mr. Royal is admitted to practice in all state courts in Georgia and Tennessee, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Georgia, Northern District of Georgia, and Eastern District of Tennessee. He regularly practices in both Georgia and Tennessee. He regularly works as co-counsel with attorneys outside of Georgia and Tennessee on various matters. Mr. Royal has devoted his practice to handling personal injury cases, including cases involving automobile accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death negligence claims, and premises liability cases. Carson is recognized by other lawyers in Georgia and Tennessee for his zealous advocacy, reputation for being trustworthy, and skilled personal injury representation to accident victims. Mr. Royal is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Tom Horne has been a trial lawyer for 34 years, having been licensed in 1989. During that time he has represented individuals, families, small and large business and national insurance companies in the litigation and resolution of a variety of claims involving personal injury, workers compensation, property damage, construction defects, real estate contracts and insurance coverage disputes. Tom has tried over fifty jury and non-jury cases in the Circuit and Chancery Courts of Middle and East Tennessee. He also practices in the Middle and East Districts of the Federal District Court in Tennessee. Tom joins the Harriss-Hartman firm with the intention of using his 30+ years of litigation experience to help clients get the service they expect and the results they deserve. When Tom is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Melody, traveling to see their kids and granddaughter, playing the guitar, reading and serving as an elder (emeritus) at his church.
