Rebecca Payne, Nurse Practitioner to Dr. Jay Jolley, grew up in the Chattanooga area. She graduated from the nursing program at Dalton State College in 2002 and worked for six years at Memorial Hospital. Rebecca attained a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga in 2008 with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration. Rebecca joined Southeastern Spine in 2014 after working for five years in a related specialty. Rebecca is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
