The change in our yard
The change in our yard is very noticeable. I appreciate how easy it is to talk to our service person, and for their input for the best grass ever.

My lawn used to be full
My lawn used to be full of weeds of various types and was full of brown spots. Now it's bright green, no weeds, and the best looking lawn in the subdivision. Thanks to TruGreen.

Overall I more pleased
Overall I more pleased with the service so far this year. It appears that some wild bermuda grass is being controlled. I didn't think it was possible. We shall see later in the spring

thicker, healthier,
In about 8 months my grass is definitely thicker, healthier, and has a lot less weeds than before the treatment started.

Tru-Green service
Tru-Green service, as is the case for other providers, is only as good as the individual that performs the on-site work. Some are excellent, others not so much. The individual that did my aerating and reseeding last fall did an excellent job.

I used Scotts for years, thought my yard looked great, then I starting using Trugreen and wow it looks awesome now, for the cost , you cannot go wrong with Truegreen.

Responsive service
Responsive service. Grass is thick, healthy and weed free. Couldn't do it myself - I've tried.

I was happy
The most recent service was a pelletized lime application about two weeks ago. I was happy that the lime was put down early in the season so the lawn would begin to benefit now, just before the grass begins to rouse from its dormancy here in southeast Tennessee. The weather had been inclement, which caused the scheduled date to be changed. I normally get a telephone alert a few days in advance when service is to be done.

Very friendly & reliable
Very friendly & reliable. Gives notice before Svc day. Leaves notice of what was done & all details. If you have an issue that's not covered by your regular Svc, they are quick to respond & fix the problem. Always glad to answer any questions you may have, no matter how 'dumb' it may seem to them. Everyone I have ever spoken with, from office to techs is very nice & friendly.

Always come when scheduled
Always come when scheduled and came back when I saw mosquitoes. Spraying has helped with mosquitos
